You have three sentences to tell your story. Go:
Never one for taking the easy route, I have accrued a wide range of skills doing many jobs in my years, Barista, Construction worker, Automotive Technician, Truck Driver, Wine Distributor. I’ve always enjoyed hard labor, and tinkering with /building equipment, which is what lead me to home brewing (and cooking, photography, and motorcycles… I have way to many hobbies). Turns out all of these things make a fantastic background for Brewing, which has turned into a wonderful career in fermentation!

What’s your favorite non-cider activity in the cider house?
Enjoying the Boston skyline and the Tobin bridge from the roof of our facility… its a really unique and gorgeous view on the right days.

If you are fired tomorrow, what will you be doing next week?
I’d be running out my savings trying to have a “never summer” and snowboard around the globe for a whole year!

What alcoholic beverage is most frightening to you?
They aren’t technically a beverage, but Jell-O shots are my literal kryptonite… ::shudder::

If you could bring one person onto the Downeast team who would it be and why?
Doc. Brown! What is not to love, the guy’s a genius, amazing inventor and tinkerer, drives a sweet ride, has awesome hair, and could get us all the best info/ingredients from any era…ANY era.(ok so maybe I secretly just want to be able to borrow the Delorean sometimes… is that really so much to ask?)
