ORIGINAL BLEND (samples, growlers, cans)
inspired by the classic farm-fresh cider new englanders know and love. unfiltered, made with fresh pressed new england apples, and fermented with an ale yeast, weighing in at 5.1% ABV. original blend is the way cider should be.

WINTER BLEND  (cans only)
starting with fresh cider, we ferment with our ale yeast and then age on toasted oak chips, cinnamon bark, and nutmeg. it’s not a spice bomb, though — winter blend finishes clean and, at 6.5% ABV, with just enough kick for a long, frosty night. you might not have your own fireplace, but drinking enough of these cans will make you feel like you do.

MAPLE BLEND  (samples, growlers, cans)
like all of our ciders, maple blend is unfiltered, using fresh-pressed apples from tom’s farm in stow. we add pure maple syrup from fournier’s sugar shack in lyndonville, vermont, and the resulting hard cider is light and refreshing with notes of vanilla and maple. 5.4% ABV.

SUMMER BLEND  (samples, growlers, cans)
unfiltered cider with the tart and tang of lemon and ginger. supremely refreshing and crushable.  4.5%ABV

MAPLE COFFEE (cider house exclusive– samples and small growlers only)
hard cider aged on coffee beans and tea, sweetened with a touch of maple syrup… like maple blend but with a strong coffee flavor and slightly higher abv (6.2%).

SOUR CHERRY (cider house exclusive– samples and small growlers only)
this one’s got some pucker to it. real juicy and real tart.

BOURBON BARREL (cider house exclusive– samples and small growlers only)
we started with a drier base and aged in heaven hill bourbon barrels from kentucky for four months. the result was just as dank as it sounds.

CRAN (cider house exclusive– samples and small growlers only)
a slightly different take on an old favorite.  we upped the amount of fresh cranberry juice a bit so the result is a little more tart and a little less sweet (and a hell of a lot more red) (5.0%ABV).
