growler cost includes fill price and bottle deposit––if you bring in a clean downeast growler, we'll deduct the deposit from your refills ($2 off 32oz or $3 off 64oz)

*we can only accept downeast growlers for refills and no longer offer deposit refunds for trade-ins.

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of when you place your order. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Shipping options show approximate transit times after the order is processed, and does not include the 1-2 business days required to process orders.

‍Due to their perishable nature, our products may not be returned or exchanged.

However, if you have concerns or problems with the products you receive, please contact us at shop@downeastcider.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number, and which items you received. Our team will attempt to resolve any issue.
