growler and keg cost includes fill price and refundable bottle/keg deposit - $4 for 64 oz, $3 for 32 oz,$90 for a 1/6bbl, and $120 for a 1/2bbl.

if you trade-in a growler or keg at the door, we'll refund the deposit on your order.

*we can only accept downeast growlers for trade-in.

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of when you place your order. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Shipping options show approximate transit times after the order is processed, and does not include the 1-2 business days required to process orders.

‍Due to their perishable nature, our products may not be returned or exchanged.

However, if you have concerns or problems with the products you receive, please contact us at shop@downeastcider.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number, and which items you received. Our team will attempt to resolve any issue.
