TAPROOM/TOURS/PICK-UP AND DELIVERY

is your taproom open? we heard it was closed for a while.

it was closed for a bit. covid. good news though, our taproom is open for flights (four pours of anything we've got on tap) and cider/lemonade/vodka soda to go. come hang. we can currently only offer ONE FLIGHT per person inside-but our outdoor bar, right outside the taproom, offers full pours and canned offerings, feel free to have more than one (just be smart. be safe. be cool.)

 

are you open for tours?

unfortunately, we are not. we just don't have enough space to give an entertaining, safe tour. we've got so many cans and forklifts and so much equipment in the building...it's just not a great idea to have us walking around the warehouse these days. as soon as this changes, we will let the world know. 

 

i placed an order for pickup but i need to change my pickup time.

that's not really a question, but it's no problem. no problem at all. if your preferred new pickup time is in your email we’ll update your order and send you a confirmation email. if you don’t hear from us in time still come at your preferred time, as long as you arrive during our TAPROOM HOURS we won’t turn you away.

are you still accepting growlers for refills?

yes. we are accepting back downeast branded growlers and will swap them out for a fresh clean growler full of the cider of your choice and waive the cost of the growler deposit.

how do growler refills work for online orders?

we’ve included the cost of the growler deposit in your online growler price. if you bring a growler with you when you come to pick up your order or hand one off to your delivery driver we will refund you the cost of the growler deposit. 

my billing address is incorrect.

again, please phrase in the form of a question. regardless, not a problem, as long as your order has gone through you are good to go!

can i get cider shipped to me?

we hope so! we can SHIP CIDER to the following states:
