All orders containing alcohol require someone 21+ to be home upon delivery. UPS will attempt to deliver your order THREE times before sending it back to us *at your cost.*

If you or the recipient of your order will not be home during regular delivery hours, we highly recommend choosing a UPS Access Point as your shipping method when checking out. 

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of placing your order, but delays may occur due to extreme weather holds, product availability, compliance restrictions, higher order volume during peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm EST) excluding holidays. 

Shipping options show approximate transit times and do not include the 1-3 business days required to process orders.
